Race Routes Overview

Our triathlon makes use of well-marked, spectator-friendly courses that are designed to be safe, scenic and easy to follow. Each discipline is set on a looped route, with the total distance determined by the number of laps required for your race category.

Whether you’re tackling the Supersprint, Sprint, or Standard distance, you’ll enjoy the same routes – simply adapted by lap count. This makes the event easier to navigate, ensures plenty of support along the way, and lets family and friends cheer you on multiple times throughout your race.

All athletes will complete their swim in the Vaal River, following a clearly marked out-and-back loop. The course is designed for easy navigation, with buoys guiding swimmers along the way.
